This year’s Annual Conference, Leading the way to a Low Carbon Economy – Delivering the North East’s potential, is a prestigious full day event taking place at Ramside Hall Hotel, Durham on 18th February 2010.

Keynote addresses will be made by the Chancellor of the Chancellor of the Exchequer, Rt. Hon Alistair Darling MP, Secretary of State for Energy and Climate Change Rt Hon Ed Miliband, Greg Clark, Shadow Secretary of State for Energy, and Simon Hughes, Liberal Democrat Shadow for Energy and climate Change, who will be giving their views of the opportunities and challenges facing the North East.

As well as these key perspectives throughout the day there will be significant contributions from leading industry figures providing their practical insight.
